Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 not working

any ideas why?

it does a small spin when computer is turned on but then it just doesn't work...

Have you got any fan management enabled in the Bios, if so go disable it or recalibrate it with your new fan.

look for fan bios setting
Set to pwm i think

ive just built the computer if that makes any difference

just tried it with the stock cooler and it works... i think the freezer pro is broke...

If its still very cool the fan won't spin (happened with my ACF7 pro) - unless BIOS is set to duty cycle. Try doing something to make the CPU work and see if it spins up - but monitor carefully incase it really is broke don't wanna have the CPU overheat.

my old rev 1 would kick in when the temp got high enough. not sure if thats something that was set in the bios
