Are any of these USB sticks any good??

I'm looking for a 16GB USB key (ideally USB 3.0) but I've no idea of how the following stack up in terms of reliability or speed??

Integral 16GB Noir USB 3.0 Flash drive
Kingston 16GB DataTraveler 100 G3 USB 3.0 Flash Drive
Corsair 16GB Flash Voyager Slider USB 3.0 Flash Drive

They appear to be available for around a tenner each but has anyone got any experience of these to point me in the right direction as to which one to go for? Or any other suggestions??

I have the Kingston one.

Not much I can say really. It does the job and seems nice and solid compared to other sticks I've had in the past. I only have USB2 at the minute so can't really comment on the speed of it.
