Are Croissant's pointless? (Breakfast)

so what professions require no blood sugar for the morning ... suppose if you are a restaurant critic you have to reserve your calory intake for the evening.

Done plenty of heavy physical work without breakfast for quite some years all through my 20's into my mid 30's (general labouring through to arboriculture/tree surgery), all the calories you ingest/store the previous day don't magically vanish when you wake up ;)

Granted now, mid 40's and office based but probably eat more than when I was physical, the temptation of co-workers bringing in crap day after day :D

Anyone else just not eat breakfast? I'm honestly more low on energy and hungrier come lunchtime if I eat breakfast than if I don't.

Do lovely a nice buttery croissant however.

If i don’t eat anything within an hour of waking up, I feel sick and dizzy. When I go on holiday, I have some biscuits, cereal bars and munch on one. As sometimes I wake up over an hour before the breakfast room is open. Or if self catering with my parents- I pop a slice of bread into the toaster
