so what professions require no blood sugar for the morning ... suppose if you are a restaurant critic you have to reserve your calory intake for the evening.
Done plenty of heavy physical work without breakfast for quite some years all through my 20's into my mid 30's (general labouring through to arboriculture/tree surgery), all the calories you ingest/store the previous day don't magically vanish when you wake upso what professions require no blood sugar for the morning ... suppose if you are a restaurant critic you have to reserve your calory intake for the evening.
Anyone else just not eat breakfast? I'm honestly more low on energy and hungrier come lunchtime if I eat breakfast than if I don't.
Do lovely a nice buttery croissant however.
