Are old console mags worth anything?

Straight to the point - I got sooo many PSW and official PS2 Magazines lying around, in excess of about 25-35~. Boy, do they take up a lot of space in my small room...

So i was going to just throw them all out but i want to know first if there is any money to be made by putting them up on an auction site and is it worth the effort?

I had a search on an auction site and magazines weren't really selling for much. Probably not worth the effort tbh, just recycle them.

Pretty old..maybe a bit after ps2 launch.

I've found some PC format mags from about 93-94, was hilarious looking though the games, and what was up and coming.

ive just been reading the latest PCGamer , i might put it away in the loft and dig it out in about 10 years or so to see what the games used to be like

I sold a giant box of Edge mags several years ago for about £50 on... Yahoo auctions I think it was (zero fees.. good times

). I used to be a regular magazine nut before the interwebs. I think there were around 50 issues in there.
