Are overclockers orders currently sitting on a backlog?

I remember a few weeks ago I placed an order and was informed via email of a backlog, and that current items are facing a delay due to how busy they are, so I had to use a web form to cancel my order. Is this still the case, or has it calmed down now?

All I can say is I ordered on the 12-1-21 and it has not shipped yet. Been in contact through forum from saturday and so far I've had the grand total of one message a day saying basically they are on it LOL but not from my experience. If it's not posted today i'm getting a refund.
