Are the schools on holiday already? Spam reaches astronomical levels so they must be.

To be fair I found your stupid beer threads most annoying. But did I complain!? No. I just thought it to myself in my head that you are infact a grumpy old man.

I've had a beer but no, I'm not under the influence at all. I just don't like someone who's most important thread ever was about a mobile phone alarm being silent having a whinge about the font I use.

K.

Yeah, that was my most important thread.... ever.

I got up extra early, and thought today, I will make the most important post of my life on OCUK. I put a good, 4/5 hours of thought in to it... made detailed blueprints regarding the layout and structure of the post... and once completed, made myself a nice certificate. (just to remind me of this monumental day)

Thats why i wanted a combined pointless pic/vid/link sticky thread. Quite a lot of stuff doesn't justify a whole new thread but is interesting none the less.

I did want to post in that thread, but it was closed iirc.

Anyway... my phone alarm will sound regardless if the phone is on silent :)

I'm sure I'm not the only person spending less and less time on the forums recently

Likewise. I just don't pay much attention to GD much these days, too full of utter drivel, inane posts and idiotic questions.

I can't believe how much utter drivel and crap there is in GD at the moment. Traditionally it's bad when the kiddies are on holiday but I don't think they are at the moment. I hate to think what it's going to be like in the summer if the current posts are anything to go by.

The levels of spam in here are quite amazing now, it's almost as though it's trendy to post a stupid thread. I've got news. It's not.

I'm sure I'm not the only person spending less and less time on the forums recently, I'll look at the first couple of pages in GD and without fail there will be some idiot asking if a paypal or ebay phishing email is real, or some equally dumb question about what colour shirt to wear or how to trim toenails.

If the current level of posts in here is an indication of where the world is heading towards, I'd like to book a flight off of this planet now please.

I expect some muppet to post in here asking how to use the toilet, or how to paint a wall because it's funny. Get real. Get the plot. Use the thing that you were born with which sits inbetween your ears.

/end rant.

GD's where I hang out most of the time and the crack is generally pretty good.

There's been some stonking good threads recently (off the top of my head: Chong Warriors sentient genitals, cartoon strips, ElRazurs freestyle thread, B&Q assault, all my threads), there would be more if people didn't rely on idiot catchphrases and tired jokes when they post.

Yes you have to filter a lot of the crap but it's always been that way, if I read a clutch of spammy posts from someone I bung them on ignore.

Holy Thread Revival Batman, i think enough chit chat of the ups and downs od GD is going on dont revive, i dont help though :(
