Are there any decent tips for speeding Win7 boot times?

Aye, I've no doubt its *probably* limited to certain hardware sets or software configurations, but given I wont always be around when this is in use; I'm trying to avoid as many things that might cause additional complication out the blue haha :)

In laymans terms I need to make it as idiot-proof and 'just works' as possible which is one of the reasons I'm using XBMC :D

The HTPC already runs antivirus-free as it's not used for internet access, bar occasionally when it goes directly to the site to get updated SVN/Software builds, but most of that comes through my main pc via USB stick, and all the PCs that media are transfered from are protected, plus the media is stored on external storage that I run through a scanner periodically just to catch anything that could have slipped through the net, if anything gets the windows install on the HTPC it'll just get wiped :)
