are there any probs with 650 fataliy mobo and geil ram

hi just wondered if the are any compatability probs with the Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLi nForce 650 (Socket 775) and the GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2.
