Are these compatible with my current phone?

Sony DRBT21GB On Ear Stereo Bluetooth Headphones

It requires A2DP, but I'm not sure wether my W800i will work with it?

Well, a quick google shows me that Sony created the W800i and W810i Walkman phones and failed to put A2DP on them to allow bluetooth headphones to be used. Not only that but it's fixable with a firmware upgrade yet Sony refuse to do any more updates on these two phones to fix the problem. Ridiculous, they can stuff any chances of me buying another SE phone...

Not sure about the w810i but the W800i (which I have) was released before A2DP was completed which is why its not on there!.. but I agree with the fact that a firmware update now (or at least over the last 3 years) would have solved that problem!!..
