Are you allowed to sell kindle with content?

Was just wondering if you sell a kindle can you sell it with the books on it you have downloaded ? Obviously you would disassociate it from your kindle account but would this effect the content on it?

If the books are tied to your account they'll be gone once you disassociate it.

Ahh I thought this might be the case I was hoping that I would be able to sell it with content and get a few more pounds.

I guess I should keep the spelling book as I don't seem to be able to spell affect in my post

I just deregisterd my kindle and the content is still on there? I'm guessing this would go if it is re registered to another account or would it stay ?

if its the same as buying games off the play store some games will still work and some don't , some games have to connect to the internet and do a check if its legitimate.

just state it in the sale that you have left your books on but not your account and they will have to make there own
