Can't remember which programme it was on last night, but it was mentioned that she didn't always confide her feelings to her closest advisors, so they weren't always sure of her plans.

May deserves no sympathy at all, the misery her policies have inflicted.... frankly, the nerve of her to stand there and get emotional about losing her job is unbelievable.

I don't like seeing British people deported from countries they've lived their whole lives, but there you go.

Also don’t like trying to use dozens of dead grenfell tower residents as political capital, she deserves to ******* cry until she’s unable to.

We live in equitable times, a woman crying is no more sad than a man, thinking otherwise is surely slightly off.

I make an exception for someone who lies through their teeth during their own resignation speech. She’s a vile human being and I couldn’t care less what gender she is. Finally turning on the waterworks isn’t going to make me magically forget that she’s the worst Prime Minister we’ve ever had.

what if she is crying for purely selfish reasons.

Did she actually cry,? Does it matter? Don't forget to shut the door etc.

I dont want to see her greeting either but she has to go.
I am a tory, yes you can say bad things to me your safe behind a keyboard, but i have to say this whole brexit things has been handled badly by her. Not sure it could be done any better but i do think Maggie would have had this all sorted out and the public hangings had of her MPs if she was doing it.

it's harsh to call someone vile, more like totally and literally out of touch.

It’s also harsh for children of this country having to eat out of bins or increased risk of homelessness for them.

    She’s vile, end of story.

The impossible task was entirely of her own making when she called a GE.

Before that and with a majority she probably could have got any deal through with no hassles.

We never had to do this. We simply filled in the form for the Electoral Register when we moved house, and we always got all our polling cards for all elections.

I’ve often wondered that but actually the old Parliament arithmetic might not have made it much easier, fair enough she wouldn’t have had to deal with the DUP but the ERG and other Hard Leavers would still have been there.
