Arranging Couriers "help"?

Hello,

I was thinking of selling an Iterm soon on MM (members market), and just wondered how people go on about selling "larger" items (like a Monitor:)). Who's the best to go for?, DHL, UPS, Royal mail etc etc. Not sent a large item before you see.

Used them the other day. Ordered and paid for Monday t-time, picked up Tuesday, delivered to Rob on Thursday, £8 ;)
