asrock 939 dual ulim1695?

hi thinking of getting this motherboard cause it supports agp and pci express and im on socket a @moment so probably most cost eddective thing 4 me to do
will it support my 66oogt i have now? says 1.5v agp cards only
my hard drive as well samsung spinpoint sp1203n
also does this motherboard support dual core processors has anyone got this board thanks do oc stock this board.

yes thats the board just i play cod uo and this card will last me another six months or so and i can save up for a really good card in the mean while.
