Asrock dual sata2 problems

JUST GOT THIS BOARD AND i'M DOING THE DANCE., BUT i'VE GOT A PROBLEM EVERYTIME i GOT TO RUN A GAME i KEEP GETTING A BLACK SCREEN, i CAN HEAR THE GAME RUNNING PERFECTLY BUT i JUST CANT SEE A THING!. iVE TRIED BOTH THE 91.33 AND 84.21 DRIVERS BUT THEY DONT SEEM TO BE THE PROBLEM. ANY IDEA'S.

Did you do a fresh install when you upgraded from your previous system?

now this sounds daft but i had this while playing bf2 and was because i'd set the monitor to turn off after a few mins. in power settings

yeah I've done a reformat and everythin. Now I've got one game working by going into dxdiag and running the diag for the display. But i've install BF2 andf when that starts up after the intro all I get is a grey screen
