what are peoples experiences with the ASRock OC Tuner?

is it worth using or is it better to use the bios?

(sorry if it sounds stupid im new to OCing)

It will be good enough for basic mild overclocking. Anything more and you would be better with BIOS.

but it makes it unstable when i increase the multiplyer to 15

use the bios for overclocking

the only thing that cpu overclocking software will do for you is provide you with an unstable system

CPU overclocking software is not really worth bothering with to be honest.

Do it in the BIOS, where you have the most control and stability
