AsRock X370 Killer SLI/ac BIOS Update Sequence

I am trying to swap out the 1700 with a 5800X3D. Was interested in knowing the BIOS update sequence. Currently on v2.4 that shipped with the motherboard.
The website doesn't show any dependency for v7.0 - should i start from there, will taht work?

Also whats the thing with disabling the fTPM switch before upgrading BIOS?

7.1 is when you can swap out the older ryzen with a 5800X3D, not before

ok this went well - but i instead chose to use the newer 7.3 bios
so the update sequence looks like this
2.4 - 3.5- 5.1 - 7 - 7.3
theres a cataloging error on asrock's website the latest bios is version 7.3 and not 7,4
just be sure to disable the ftpm switch before flashing
