asus b550 i gaming wont boot

Hey guys I just finished leaktesting my setup with the mobo above and a 3080ti i jumped the psu all went well the fans that or on my fan hub also started with the pump.Then after the testing went to boot and nothing the 3 light on the back off the mobo light as does the power botton on my lian li 011 mini but nothing happens when i press power.No qled light up on the mobo either.What could be the issues all the parts are new.I had to straighten one pin on my 5600x but doubt thats the issue or?

To start with I would check all connections to make sure that they are correct and all the way in and clear CMOS.

Hey it works now dont know what happened a question on asus mobos I should only use the biosrenamer if im updating the bios using bois flashback correct?
