Asus Cool n Quiet vs AMD Cool n Quiet

Same thing i expect, just asus trying to market as much stuff as possible. Its quite funny when you look at their list of features for a board...
-Ai lifestyle... passive chipset heatsinks, supposedly makes my life better by being silent.
-Stack cool 2... pcb with a few holes in it.
-Optional fan... because our passive cooling system doesn't always work
-Precision tweaker... vdimm and vcore adjustment
Thats for my A8n32 sli deluxe. I notice that it says amd cool and quiet technology not asus tho...

Same thing, Cool N Quiet is the CPU power saving mode (is configured in BIOS)
Asus have Q Fan, which is auto/semi auto method for slow down fans depending on the temp (ie CPU fan) if it's idle don't need to run at 100%, however during heavy use >40 degrees can set it to spin faster.
