Asus/DFI reliability?

Which one is the best overall (reliability, ease of setup, overclocking, performance) between the

asus deluxe sli

or the dfi lanparty expert sli

i use the DFI expert great once you get used to them but the asus is more plug and boot imo
dont flame me but thats my general impression of the asus baord

The Asus A8N SLI deluxe has well documented chipset fan failure. If you did go for that one replace the fan. Never owned DFI so can't comment.
