Asus Dual 4070 Super - Coil whine so bad I will have to return it? Anything I can do/try first?

Gigabyte RTX 4070 Gaming Super OC now in there...

The sound of the coil whine is identical to the Asus Dual 4070 Super.... But much MUCH quieter. ie: You can hardly hear it with normal usage now.
