Asus E35M1-I Deluxe motherboard

hello all, decided to build a new pc and will be using the asus e35m1-i deluxe motherboard.
i would like any feedback on what type of build you would do using this mobo or what you think of my selection.
ive been looking around for few days at parts that i might use these are some of my ideas for parts

ive done some modding in the past and havent decided on what this project will end up as so all comments welcome

Can't link to competitors sites, so best bet is find the same on OC site and link the parts from there.

But it does look like a good board, just waiting on decent availability in the UK and see what htpc setups can be done with them

Does anyone have any idea why there is still no UK stock for this board? it's been around in the states for ages.
