I am thinking of getting a Asus GeForce RTX 3080 Ti ROG Strix OC 12GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card, currently have a ROG Thor 850watt, will this PSU be ok for the new GPU.

It should be more than enough for that card. The problem with the Nvidia 3000 series though is the damn power spikes.
I was running 2 3080s on a 750w psu and had no issues, it's more about the quality of the unit and the Thor is good.
That said with new cards arriving soon I wouldn't be buying a high end card right now, the new cards will offer more performance for your cash while the older cards will be sold off cheaper.
