Is there any form for this in Asus website? I can't see to find it.. only bought my GTX 460 a year and a month ago...

Really don't have much time to phone them and I really hate the wait and pre-memorised responses you get from call centres...

Anyone got any experience with dealing with them?

Go throught the etailer

Bought it from here... looks like I'll have to call them up too, can't seem to find any contact form here either, either that or try to contact a Don

edit: nevermind, found the contact form, I was being silly

just a heads up, the don's don't all work for OcUK ;)

I suggest you post in the CS section of the forums. I found it to be much quicker than the webnotes:)

Thanks for the heads up, have done this... hoping OCUK will be able to help with the RMA process at least as I really don't want to deal with Asus directly, too much hassle from what I've read.

Nothing really good to say on asus from my end, rma'd a motherboard to them and they found a couple of little marks on it and declared warranty void because of it.

Wasn't cheap either, was the p38 maximus formula, about £280 when it came out :(
