Asus GTX 580 Matrix Platinum or MSI GTX 580 Lightning

Hey Guys

Need some opinion on both these cards. I wont be using either of them in SLI so a 2nd card is out of the question. I wanna know in terms of performance, noise and heat which of these cards performs better. This is the last component i need to finish off my build so hope you guys can help me pick wisely!

Another vote for the Palit 3GB version.

Get this if you want 3-way SLI, or get this if you want 2-way SLI.

If you will never go SLI and if you want a silent card then go for the ASUS 3-slot design.
