Asus M3A78 difference?

Hello,

Can someone tell me the difference between:

M3A78-VM

and

M3A78-EM

I need a mATX case and am thinking about one of the above with a 720 PhenII

The EM has one less SATA port but gains a E-SATA port & HDMI connector.

Thanks missed the compare feature...i blame 4 cans on a school night and then trying to spec a new PC!
