Asus Maximus II Formula Intel P45 (Socket 775) - CPU Cooling ?

Anyone tried fitting a Tuniq Tower to a Asus Maximus II Formula Intel P45 ?

What kind of coolers to people own this board use ?

I don't really want to man handle or force anything to do fit so if the tuniq is bad then its got to go.

Note: I haven't purchase the board yet so I cant try myself, need to get grind of this 680i asap though.

i am using a noctua NH-U12P on mine at the moment but i have used a sycthe andy samurai as well before that.

Its not the size of the cooler that's got me thinking, its the H plate that you have to use to screw it on with, it looks like its going to go right though one of those heat sinks.

The 2 coolers you have tried seem to both use push pins of some kind which would work nicely if I had a cooler like that.

What's the Noctua NH-U12P like compared to a TRUE with Noctua fan? Temp difference, noise, etc?

x3 for the Noctua. Impressive cooler! Not compared to TRUE but, the U12P is quiet. You won't hear much out of it.
