Not entirely pleased with mine. I've just swapped out a Gigabyte G33-S2 for one but am not able to get the board stable at the same overclock as I could get on the Gigabyte.
Could be a memory incompatability, not sure, but on the Gig I can get my Q6600 stable at 3.2GHz with 1.41V going through it, but the Asus just errors out on Prime95 on two cores almost immediately after starting. Also the bios options don't seem as comprehensive as the Gigabyte.
The reason I wanted to try one is because it has the 1:1 memory ratio. But that doesn't seem to be helping any. If I was doing it again I would go for the G33-DSR2 which has the 1:1 ratio.
