That's my BIOS version.

Question is, what is the best processor this mobo will support?

Yes. It will run any current Intel CPU. What it may not do (without a BIOS update) is correctly assign a speed or voltage to it. Luckily, all Intel CPUs will run in C1E mode with a massively reduced voltage requirement, so pretty much everything boots up fine, but you may get errors saying things like 'MicroCode Unidentified' and somesuch. Best just to update the BIOS and then all will be well.
