ASUS P5W Deluxe Post Screen SLow cannot update BIOS

Hi has anyone else got this Mobo, My POST Screen is there for about 30 secs without anything happening.

I also cannot update my BIOS, I tried to use the Asus Update utility but i get cannot find BIOSINFO.DLL then the program ends with error report

Anyone know what to do?

Dowload the newest bios file from the Asus website then format a floppy disk, extract and rename the bios file to P5WDH.ROM and save it to the floppy disk, shutdown your system and insert the floppy in to the floppy drive, start the system and press Alt + F2 while the system is starting before post and the bios should be automaticaly updated.

Or just stick the file on a USB flash drive as is, get in the bios and open EZ flash.
