Asus P6T deluxe not booting. Tried everything!!

Ok so i got myself a new asus p6t deluxe to replace my old smackover.
When i turned it on it would not post but all fans spinned and no beeps.

I tried using only 1 stick of ram in all slots but not use. Tried resetting cmos and removing battery.

Also tried testing outside the case and also again on old motherboad and that worked fine.

This p6t was a used motherboard from the bay and it had btw no cpu cover but i couldnt see any bent pins.

Anything else i can try before sending it back or should i ask for a refund.

I would ask for a refund or replacement, only thing I could come up with is the Asus might not like your memory.

take out all usb extras, i found computer would not boot up when i had my corsair mem stick in one of the usb ports

Take out the USB plugs as well that can also do the mobo as it did with mine.

Return the mobo, could always be faulty
