ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 won't POST any more :(

Flashed the BIOS and configured all the settings from scratch. Things were going fine until this morning when it wouldn't turn on again :(

Think it's time for a new mobo.
 
Yeah, I still need to try the PSU, but it's just such a faff :) I can get the PC to boot after some mucking about, so will wait until I've got a few hours before I take both machines to bits to swap PSUs.

I know I need to do it, I just know it's going to be a hassle so waiting for a free weekend ;)

OK, I've put my Enermax Galaxy 1000W PSU in to see how things go.

I had to swap out my 480GTX for my old 280 as the Galaxy doesn't have an 8-pin PCI-E connector and I couldn't get the PC to boot without it.

If everything goes well with this PSU, I'll be buying a new one. I'm currently looking at the Corsair HX 850W Modular on OcUK. Looks like it got some good reviews.

Any other suggestions that might be better than the Corsair (must be modular and 850-1000W)?
 
Managed to get my 480 back in the machine after I found a 2x6pin PCI-E to 8pin PCI-E converter. Will have to see how things progress from here.

What a great race today! After they got it started that is :D
