Asus P6TD + Corsair Memory

I am considering a new build using an Asus P6TD board with an i7 920 cpu however looking at Asus memory QVL there is a noteable absence of Corsair memory on the list.

I want to use Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C7 (1600MHz) Tri-Channel (TR3X6G1600C7). Can anyone tell me if that's OK please.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

Id say you should have no issues running corsair ram in an asus board, i have the p6t dlx v2, which is virtually the same board as the p6td and the qvl list in the manual lists a lot of corsair ram.
