Asus P7P55D intel or P7P55D LE

I'm pondering over these two boards. The intel version is £15 quid more expensive and has an extra sata and 2 firewire ports over the LE model. Is there anything else special that this board has over the LE model that's really worth the extra £15?
I don't mind missing out on the sata and firewire ports to save a few notes, but if the LE is not very good for overclocking or lacking something major then I guess I have to cough up. Anyone with any know please add some input.

Don't worry people. After downloading the manuals i've just found out these boards only run one pci-e at x16 and the other at x4. What the hell is that all about. I thought all these boards as supposed to be 8x 8x

they do if you have a board with 16x 8x or 16x 16x then they will run at 8x 8x (Limited by the cpu)
