Whats digital versus selector on the card thing?

oh and when?if you install windows xp with a single SATA drive do you need to make a floppy to insert during win xp insatll(i here they dont come with a floppy) or does it recognise it as ide etc?

Just one question some people doubt my sense of puting an ATi card on a Nvidia chipset but I feel that it is ok.

all my mates have nvidia cards so I want to be different so ive ordered the 1900xtx
