Hi All

Can someone tell me how accurate the Asus Probe is for the A8N SLi Premium? It seems to read about 3 degrees C higher at idle than it does in the BIOS power management reading and on my Silverstone temp controller.
I'm running a un overclocked X2 4800+ which reads 32 C in BIOS and 35-36 C in the Asus Probe
Thanks

Its hard to say whether thats accurate though as you cant use probe in bios and so you have windows and processes open when taking these temps

On my machine (ASUS A8N-SLI Premium | AMD 64 X2 3800+) PC Probe was showing the same as BIOS for the CPU temps (31-34 degrees) until I installed the AMD X2 drivers and the MS Hotfix for dual cores and then PC Probe suddenly decided my CPU temp was now 45-48 degrees. Rebooting into BIOS and the temps are still around 33 degrees. Strange, as all the other readings match.
