asus rampage formula 3930k ram upgrade help!

asus rampage formula 3930k oc@ 4.5ghz 1.33v stable
ram upgrade - is there point and will i see benefit, i am currently using 16gb 4x4 dimms corsair vengence @1.5v
i am trying to get rid of min fps drops anything under 60fps even 58fps plays like under 20fps meaning it gets really choppy

is something wrong with my system, i have done fresh installs of os and lates mb drivers and gpu drivers
psu is thermaltake toughpower xt 875w if that helps.

i have a gtx 780 is that sufficient for 1080p gaming, in saints row iv when i go into heavyly busy places on the map i get slowdown i think its the cpu

Yup gpu overclocked 1200mhz core clock 6008mhz mem, when i overclock the cpu to 4.8ghz it has less drops bit still very noticable, what brand and speed memory is good for my set up, what would you recomend what would you use?
