is there any real differance between these cards both are the overclocked editions ??

It's the same card with a different custom heatsink and fan combo so no performance is going to be the same. Buy the Windforce as a) it's cheaper and b) it has so far produced good overclocking yields for a good proportion of users.

No difference in performance. But the windforce seems to run a bit cooler than the asus card.

 

[Blackwhite]

Asus is quieter but Windforce much cooler.
