If you return an item to the store, you'll most likely have to collect it again when it is tested/repaired. (Unless their procedures have changed). I hand delivered a faulty product once (as I was going there to pick up £1k of new gear at the same time), and after some time I called to ask about it, and apparently because I had delivered it, I couldnt have it mailed back!
Over the years I've had pretty fair dealings with OcUK and their after sales support.... But not completely trouble free.
That said, to be totally fair, I did a motherboard RMA just before christmas one year, and the replacement board was back in my hands before the hols!. Cant really complain about their performance overall.
