Just a quick question, Going to order one of these cards after reading a few impressive reviews.
What version should I go for,
D2X or D2
Now I assume the two cards are basically the same ?
The only difference being the slot type ?
Now I orginally planned to go for the D2X, but after examining the PCI-xpress x1 slots on my board I'm unsure if it will fit?.
I have an NVGA 680i-sli that has 2 pci-x 1x slots. One below and one above my 8800GTx slot.
The bottom slot is totally covered up with the G-card.
The top one appears to be a very tight fit due to the heat pipe & Northbridge cooling fan. Looks like it simply won't fit IMO
