Hi, Im planning to replace my windows SSD (120GB) but then i thought i should look into more information about M.2 drives but I am lost
Reading the manual, it says that "When the M.2 Socket 3 is operating in SATA mode, SATA port 1 will be disabled."
Now, the manual doest mention anything about PCI based drives (just that they are supported) so, going with that, I would assume using a PCI drive in the slot will not use a Sata port? Only because if i free a port i will get another drive
Im just confused as i cant find much information, and pretty much nothing with the same situation as me, I just want to avoid going down the route of a sata card
