At what age could you grow a full beard?

I grew a full-on Capn Birdseye beard when I was 19, it was bloody cold in Norway. I have worn one kind or another pretty much ever since.

23 and not really. The girlfriend says i should grow it out as it would be a beard...i've got such a boyish face that it would just look odd.

I keep a bit of stubble as i look like 12 otherwise. If i grow it anymore it looks like i've not washed my face properly from a distance.

19 iirc, got a three week growth on now. Longest i let it grow was 18 weeks.

Taken at work, sanding down a lot of filler.

I must admit, i look like ian beale with frosting.

21 and still can only muster bum fluff, it's good in a way, I don't have to shave as often really but I used to be able to go an absolute age without shaving, now it's only 2-3 days.

Im either 26 or 27 and i can grow chin and tash stubble. IT's pretty pathetic but atleast it's symmetrical.
