ATI Mobility X1400 drivers on My Laptop

Hi guys,
I've got a Fujitsu-Siemens AMILO PI1536 laptop.

I'm trying to update the drivers for my Mobility X1400 but I've got a problem.

The latest drivers on the fujitsu-siemens website are the 8.261 dated from 29/8/2006.

I've downloaded the update ap ATIMCatW but it says it cannot perform the software update on my machine. So, what do I do next?
