Id like it where i can turn on ati tool and i can control 3D clocks and volts thats all i dont want it touching 2d nor do i want it staying in 3d 24/7 :D

It's been updated again, better driver control in this one has been added, comon! Test test test away!
 
Well after a quick test there it seems to run fine on the memory but its giving me artifacts at 690+ on the core, the card is fine up to 730 at least.

As far as im aware yes, because thats basically what the X1000 series does by default anyways, ups the volts and clocks for 3d mode.

The problem ATi Tool developer was having was not getting the two (the driver and ATi tool) to conflict at doing the above. He then released a version (beta 15 I think), where he used to ATi driver to overclock through, but you then had the CCC overclock limit and the memory tuning (like ATi Overclocker does, so you get higher memory clock but loose timings).
