I'll definately give this a look, Joe Cornish is great. Think he did some script work on Spielberg's Tintin movie as well. He's always been a big film buff and I'll be interested to see what he can do behind the camera.

In related news the Adam and Joe show is back on 6 Music at the beginning of next month! :D:D:D

Don't say it if it isn't true!!! Argh I hope so!

Responses from film festivals abroad have been overwhelmingly positive.

I'll be seeing it, as I do like Joe Cornish, but the whole plot has me torn. Watching the trailer, and the light-hearted "LET'S GET TOOLED UP, BLUD!" etc. just makes me... well, quite angry.

I have to deal with little scrotes like this on a daily basis, in my personal life, and don't like to see their brand of social interaction exalted. In fact, I was officially invited to the UK premiere, but couldn't make it. The press invitation material stated, to paraphrase, "The cast of the awesome new Attack the Block are tooled up and ready for the UK premiere!". I physically cringed just reading it.

Here's hoping most of them get mauled to death.
