attention all out of warranty ps3 owners.

just got off the phone to cancel my old 60gb continous play policy after having got a ps3 on launch.

i was asked by the rep if i would like to take out a policy on my new console but i told the lady i was under the impression that continous play was no longer available.

anyway it seems domestic and general now offer there own ps3 repair/replacement service at a price of £69/yr or 5.75 per month.

i know its not cheap but its still only half the price of having to fork out for a repair to sony.

Seeing as I've now had three PS3's thankfully all under warranty - just and just managed to blag 12 months instead of three months for my last refurb PS3 would be very interested in this next year.....

well i told her i want interested in taking out another policy until the full year was over and she said whenever i was ready.

obviously, i dont need it at the mo but i thought it might be of some use tho others who might.
