In my experience the ITX boards just have a standard ATX 20pin power connector on them, as stulid says, it's upto the case how this is provided by either a standard ATX PSU or a built in PSU, that typically runs off an external brick.

Asus P8H61-I LGA1155/ Intel H61(B3)/ DDR3/ A&GbE/ Mini ITX Motherboard, can you tell me where it says what connecter it has? None of the estores seems to say.
It's got a 24pin + 4pin CPU connector, so a standard ATX PSU will work. A quick look in my ITX case shows that it has a 24pin + 4 pin coming off the built in PSU as well so it'll be fairly standard.
