To reduce the risk as a buyer i make sure to check every detail and make assumptions like 'it mentions no accessories so there probably are none'.
If i really wanna know then i send a message to the seller asking if everything is included.
I personally would send an AC/DC adapter since in the listing (assuming the one linked to by challengedavid is yours) details an AC/DC adapter is listed in the Miscellaneous: Power Source section.
