Breaking news, local independent garage cheaper than franchised main dealer.

Its amazing once my Audi reached 3 years old the main dealer was suddenly able to offer me better rates much closer to a local setup. They know they have a captive audience not interested in warranty hassle during the first years.

Yep and also better in many ways. I was curious to see what 25% discount looked like, not as good as I’d hoped.

Just had a look, I think the prices are pretty standard as you can pay a fixed price from Mercedes and take it anywhere. Anyway at https://www.lookers.co.uk/mercedes-benz/servicing/service-plans yours is about £720 a year, I guess they average the price out from an A service and B service over the years

Discount ended yesterday, mine is showing as 499 now instead of the 375 previously quoted.

Not going to help you for this service, but MB sell their service packages cheaper for Black Friday usually, and last summer they did 20% off if you paid upfront.
