Aution Site selling advice - Sending to Europe?

I'm selling a phone on a well known auction site, i have had two offers (buy it now). However these have come from Belgium and Latvia.

Should i trust these offers or are there any well known scams with mobile phones and European buyers?

I have checked both of the users feedback and they look good and seem to have been ebay users for a long period of time; with some large purchases from the UK.

Would you trust such potential buyers or stay well clear?

If they have confirmed Paypal addresses and you send via an online trackable courier then it would be silly not to accept offers from them.

Yep a lot of European countries get ripped off with phone prices, so it makes sense for them to go to UK buyers for a better deal.
