My bet is on Thor, Nick Fury, and Vision. Nick Fury seems a given. Vision's death is inevitable (though I suspect he will return). And Thor's story feels like it's coming to its natural conclusion after Ragnarok.

Tony will retire the Iron Man persona. Steve Rogers will become paralysed.

The rest will survive.
 
Vision is one of the ones I hope doesn't die. I feel his character is still pretty new, I like his interactions with the others and want to see more of him.

Can he survive without the mind stone though? If he's basically Jarvis given form, could he be uploaded into one of Tony's suits?
 
But any character that dies can be brought back once Thanos is beaten as the ether can raise the dead and then there's also the time gem, so I doubt all the characters that bite the bullet in the first film will stay dead.

Remember there is talk of anther Spider-Man film and possibly another Thor film and guardians 3 is confirmed afaik so those characters obviously survive

Spidey and Thor have both been portrayed by multiple people in the comics and GOTG has had roster changes. It's possible for them to die and the 'name' still continue.

It's not exactly rocket science though:

Tom Holland has only just started as Spider-Man so they won't kill him off.

Chris Evans / Hemsworth / RDJ are all at the end of their contracts, so they're fair game to go.

Sebastian Stan is contracted for more films so he will likely become the next Cap.

Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are both in the next Ant-Man & The Wasp film so they can't die.

GOTG are confirmed for a third film of their own so they can't all die (although it might make sense if Drax goes plotwise)
 
As much as I want more IM films, RDJ is a sure gonna theres no way they will keep him on and reknew his contract for the money he wants, plus they really want to move into the next phase having older characters kicking about is just stopping progression especially one with such screen presence as Tony does.

Cap might also go especially as he was supposed to go in civil war with winter soldier taking over so I can see that happening.

Thor I'm not sure however I can see them retiring him after this, Ragnorack opened many options for him to just disappear off to help rebuild his people as king, easy to bring back if needed but also a good way of getting rid of him, can see that being after part 2 though.

Vision has got to go, temporarily at least the mind stone will be removed and I dont think he can survive without it, although a transplant into a suit is always a posibility along withg a rebuild afterwards if Tony is about to do so.

Hawkeye
Fury
Scarlet Witch
Falcon - Really not sure on this hes got potential but nothings really come of him so far
Loki - I mean frankly how is he still alive (?)

Safe Heroes
Ant-Man - Has films coming
Spider-Man - Can marvel even kill him off? technically hes owned by sony?
Star-Lord - contracts are still in place
Dr Strange - way too awesom and new to kill off
Black Panther - houses safe as unless his own film flops
Hulk - I feel a planet hulk film coming, best hulk ever?
 
Still can’t believe we haven’t had a stand-alone Hulk movie played by Mark Ruffalo.

Wouldn’t they have to make him very weak for thanos to destroy him?
 
Sounds like the deal with Fox is back on, one US news network reporting that it could be announced as early as next week.

Then imagine the MCU with Fantastic 4 , X-men and Galactus etc

Yep, more negotiations restarted a few days ago. There's another party interested in buying the Fox stuff, but the Disney talks are further along. I wonder if Disney would have an affect on Deadpool's swearing and violence?
 
Probably get another few trailers before it finally gets released in April, Hollywood just can't help themselves.
